We are seeking a motivated and passionate part-time intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in the agricultural value chain, Trade and market linkage, environmental sustainability, climate change, and relevant SDG initiatives. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to important projects and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and impactful field.
Trade & Supply Chain Management: Gain hands-on experience in designing supply chain logistics, trade regulation compliance, and inventory management for food and beverage products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and key factors in the sustainable agriculture sector. Conduct value chain analysis. Analyze competitor strategies, audience engagement, and potential areas for growth and improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to summarize findings and provide actionable insights.
2. Research and identify ways to improve food production systems and implement new technologies. Analyze and enhance supply chain networks to streamline procurement, production, and distribution.
3. Work with MS Office tools to analyze and present visual models and simulate supply chain scenarios. Research and identify industry standards in regenerative and sustainable practices, trade compliance, and global supply chain best practices.

Skills and Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in Food Processing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Climate Change, Sustainability, or related fields.
Strong interest in food processing, supply chain optimization , Knowledge of agricultural value chains,
Knowledge of SDGs & GHG – Familiarity with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and greenhouse gas emissions and mitigation strategies.
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and data analysis.
Understanding of Sustainable Agriculture: Strong foundational knowledge of sustainable farming practices, environmental impact, and current trends in agriculture. Understanding of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and their impact on the environment.
Research Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
Self-Starter: Proactive attitude, eager to learn and take ownership of projects and run independently.
