4. Assist in organizing recruitment events and campaigns to raise awareness about volunteer opportunities.
5. Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to optimize volunteer recruitment efforts.
6. Support the onboarding process for new retail volunteers and ensure a positive experience.
7. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the volunteer recruitment program through innovative ideas and strategies.
