We are looking for a driven Business Development (Sales) whose primary goal is to increase the number of Inspire AI app downloads. This role involves direct user engagement to boost downloads and requires a proactive approach to outreach and promotion.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach Out to Potential Users: Find and contact people who might be interested in our app. This includes sending messages, making phone calls, or using social media to introduce them to Inspire AI.
2. Encourage App Downloads: Explain the benefits and features of the Inspire AI app to potential users to encourage them to download it. Show them how it works and why it's useful for them.
3. Help Users Get Started: Once someone downloads the app, help them set it up. Walk them through the initial steps of using the app and make sure they understand how to get the most out of it.
4. Promote Paid Subscriptions: After they've used the free features, explain the advantages of upgrading to a paid subscription. Discuss the additional benefits and help them see the value in making the switch.
5. Gather Feedback: Listen to what users say about their experience with the app. Find out what they like and don't like, and share this feedback with the team so we can improve the app.
Compensation Structure
Performance-based compensation tied directly to app download numbers:
1. INR 5 per download for the first 100 downloads.
2. INR 10 per download for 101 to 500 downloads.
3. INR 20 per download for over 500 downloads.
4. Earn 20% of the revenue from the first payment of every app subscription sold.
Additional 20% commission for converting monthly subscribers to annual
plans.
Training on app functionalities and market positioning will be provided.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of revenue per sale made).
