About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with pre-generated leads via outbound calls and emails to build initial relationships.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
3. Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and social media outreach.
4. Reach out to potential customers to present our products and services, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
5. Schedule and participate in meetings with prospective clients, listening to their requirements and providing product demonstrations.
6. Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat sales
7. Assist in conducting comparative analysis of our services within the market to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Contribute to meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
9. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.
10. Conduct customer need analysis and feedback collection to improve service offerings.
11. Gather feedback from clients to refine our service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated (within the past 6 months).

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Familiarity with sales and marketing principles is a plus

6. Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

7. Passionate about sales and customer service.

8. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

9. Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.

10. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and IT services is a plus.

11. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

12. Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of profit).
