We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our sales team as a sales calling intern. The intern will be responsible for making follow-up calls to existing clients, building rapport, and nurturing relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making follow-up calls to existing clients as per the provided schedule.
2. Understanding and effectively communicating product/service information.
3. Addressing customer queries and concerns.
4. Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records.
5. Achieving call metrics and targets as assigned.
6. Assisting the sales team in various administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
3. Ability to handle objections and build rapport.
4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software (if applicable).
5. A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
