About the work from home job/internship
Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
2. Manage leads and conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media platforms to build a strong sales pipeline.
3. Interact with potential customers, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable Mirror N Match products to meet their needs.
4. Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials to boost sales.
5. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
6. Handle inquiries related to Mirror N Match products, pricing, and customization options, providing excellent customer service.
7. Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
8. Gather customer feedback to help improve products and sales processes.
9. Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing sales activities and performance metrics.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10 per sale).
