About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify potential schools that could benefit from the software, and compile a list of target schools and decision-makers (principals, school administrators).
2. Reach out to schools via phone calls, emails, or networking to introduce the product and explain its value. Follow up on inquiries and set appointments for product demonstrations.
3. Coordinate with schools to secure meetings with key decision-makers. Track appointments and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Visit schools to demonstrate the software, highlighting how it streamlines communication and benefits both administrators and parents. Customize the presentation based on the school's specific needs.
5. Respond to questions or concerns raised by school authorities during meetings. Provide relevant information on product features, pricing, and implementation.
6. Build rapport with school staff and maintain positive communication throughout the sales process. Focus on nurturing long-term relationships to ensure recurring business.
7. Guide schools through the final decision-making process, including handling negotiations, terms, and closing the sale. Ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are completed.
8. Maintain detailed records of interactions with schools, appointment schedules, and sales progress. Report daily activities and outcomes to the sales manager or supervisor.
9. Follow up with schools after the sale to ensure satisfaction with the software implementation and address any initial concerns.
10. Work toward achieving five sales targets, continuously seeking new opportunities to expand into additional schools.
