Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 20 per sale).

1. Internship completion on achieving the sales target of 3400 rupees (Silver Grade).
2. An excellence certificate for achieving a sales target of 5000 rupees (Gold Grade).
3. A letter of recommendation on achieving a sales target of 7500 rupees (Brand Associate Grade).
4. Interns in sales and marketing can earn a 20% commission on any sale if their customers purchase through your referral/affiliate link to receive a 5% discount on their purchases through the Universal Tribes Shopping website.
5. You can redeem your commission after earning 1000 rupees through our affiliate programme.
