Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting Edutrium's educational products and services. This role involves both new business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and meeting with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Edutrium's products and services.
- Understand the client's needs and provide tailored solutions from our range of educational offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling Edutrium's products and services to educational institutions, businesses, and other target markets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and webinars for potential and current clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitors to identify potential new areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of products and services.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis to inform management of sales performance.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and convey complex educational products in a clear, compelling way.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
