Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Competitor Analysis:
1. Identify top competitors in the niche.
2. Use Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest to analyze their keywords, backlinks & top-performing pages.
3. Monitor the content strategy and structure to find improvement areas.

b. Website Audit & Technical SEO (Daily Checks):
1. Run SEO audits using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or Sitebulb.
2. Identify and fix broken links, redirect issues, and crawl errors.
3. Check indexing issues (pages not appearing on Google).
4. Ensure robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and canonical tags are correctly set.

c. On-Page SEO Optimization (Daily):
1. Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, and headers (H1, H2, H3) for keywords.
2. Ensure proper keyword placement in blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
3. Improve content structure for better readability and engagement.
4. Optimize image SEO (compress images, add ALT text & filenames).

d. Rank Tracking & SEO Performance Monitoring (Daily/Weekly):
1. Track keyword rankings & organic traffic using Google Search Console & SEO tools.
2. Monitor click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and conversion rates.
3. Identify pages losing traffic and suggest optimization strategies.
4. Prepare weekly SEO reports and track progress.
