Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and developing a visually appealing Shopify website
2. Customizing the store layout, themes, and navigation
3. Ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
4. Optimizing the user experience for seamless shopping
5. Implementing best practices for SEO and performance
