Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyze and understand the specific signal processing needs of our real-time application
2. Develop and implement efficient algorithms to achieve desired functionalities in real-time
3. Optimize existing algorithms for performance and resource utilization
4. Conduct testing and validation of developed algorithms
5. Document algorithms, methodologies, and findings
6. Collaborate with the team to integrate algorithms with hardware and software systems
