As a Social Entrepreneurship intern at Anjor Foundation Trust, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the world through innovative initiatives that create positive change. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for social entrepreneurship and a strong skill set in HR branding, HR Analytics, Instagram Marketing, Marketing Programs, and English Proficiency (Written).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement HR branding strategies to attract top talent and promote a positive company culture
2. Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and improve employee satisfaction and retention
3. Create engaging Instagram marketing campaigns to raise awareness and support for our social impact projects
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective marketing programs that drive results
5. Write compelling and engaging content in English to communicate our mission and impact to a global audience
6. Assist in the development and execution of social entrepreneurship projects that make a difference in the community
7. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to help Anjor Foundation Trust achieve its mission of creating a better world for all and also find donors for campaign
