About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop high-quality proposals and grant applications to secure funding for CSR projects.
2. Create engaging content for communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and reports.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights for proposal development.
4. Maintain accurate records of proposal submissions, donor communications, and fundraising activities.
5. Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and outreach activities to raise awareness about our initiatives.
6. Research potential funding opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
7. Support relationship management with current and potential donors by preparing updates, reports, and presentations.
8. Contribute to strategic planning sessions to align funding proposals with organizational goals and community needs.

Established in 2014, Akanksha Charitable Trust is dedicated to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for the underprivileged across five districts in Karnataka. With a significant impact on over 25,000 lives, our unique approach is supported by a diverse team of 250+ active volunteers from various fields. Since 2022, we have been collaborating with the Rural Development & Panchayat Raj (RDPR) Department of the Government of Karnataka, working in over 110 Gram Panchayats to establish Arivu Kendra's (Digital Libraries/Smart Classes). Our efforts have been recognized and awarded by the Minister of Panchayat Raj and ITBT (Information Technology, Biotechnology) in Karnataka.
