1. Educational background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in media studies, marketing, graphic design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Content creation experience: Prior experience in creating and editing content for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube (personal or professional projects are acceptable).
3. Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.
4. Portfolio/work samples: A portfolio showcasing past video edits, graphic designs, or social media posts is highly desirable.
5. Soft skills: Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
6. Additional plus: Experience managing a personal blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account with a consistent content theme is a bonus.
7. This is an entry-level position, so enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a creative mindset are valued over extensive professional experience.
