About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across Instagram and other relevant platforms
2. Monitoring social media trends and suggesting innovative ways to build brand visibility
3. Responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement
4. Helping design visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and other creative assets that align with our brand identity
5. Contributing to the ideation and execution of campaigns promoting our apparel
6. Drafting compelling captions, blog posts, and newsletters that resonate with our audience
7. Supporting influencer outreach and collaborations to expand our reach
8. Assisting in crafting responses for customer inquiries and building a loyal community
9. Tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, and traffic) to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns
10. Providing actionable insights to improve content strategies and grow audience engagement

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
