4. Lead generation:
i. Use social media platforms to identify potential clients, corporate groups, or brands interested in event services.
ii. Engage with leads through direct messages or comments, nurturing relationships that can convert into business.
iii. Collaborate with the sales and events teams to pass on qualified leads for follow-up.
5. Reporting:
i. Generate weekly or monthly reports on social media performance, providing insights on what works and areas of improvement.
