As a social media marketing intern at ALAAV, you will have the exciting opportunity to brainstorm, develop, and implement strategies to promote our brand across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing accounts on Instagram and Facebook, and utilizing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC, and Canva to design eye-catching visuals. Your role will also involve assisting with digital marketing campaigns to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create and schedule visually appealing content for Instagram and Facebook.
3. Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC, and Canva to design graphics and edit photos.
4. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute digital marketing initiatives.
6. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
7. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to enhance our online presence.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated online & offline).
