About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
2. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster engagement.
3. Conduct market research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
4. Support influencer marketing campaigns by identifying potential collaborations and managing outreach.
5. Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and create reports to optimize strategies.
6. Assist in running paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
7. Develop creative ideas for interactive content, including polls, quizzes, and challenges.
8. Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
9. Track competitors' social media strategies and suggest improvements.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Basic understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
3. Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
4. Strong communication and writing skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
6. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
7. Experience with paid social media advertising is a bonus.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
