We are seeking a proactive and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship will focus on leveraging social media platforms to generate leads and set up calls with potential prospects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to generate leads and drive traffic to our website.
Create engaging social media content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media platforms for trending topics and opportunities to engage with prospects.
Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and measure engagement metrics.
Identify and connect with potential leads through direct messaging and comments on social media.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new strategies and campaigns.
Track and report on social media metrics and lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their respective audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
Previous experience with lead generation or digital marketing is advantageous.
