About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation & management: Assist in creating engaging posts, reels, and stories for Instagram. Plan and schedule YouTube videos, optimizing for reach and engagement. Develop ideas for interactive content like polls, Q&As, and challenges to increase engagement.
2. Engagement & community building: Respond to comments and messages on Instagram and YouTube to foster community. Implement strategies to improve engagement rates (likes, shares, comments). Research and use trending hashtags, captions, and content styles to reach a larger audience.
3. Analytics & reporting: Track growth metrics for Instagram and YouTube (followers, engagement, views). Report weekly on the performance of posts and videos to identify what works best. Use insights to suggest improvements to content strategy and boost engagement.
4. Competitor & trend analysis: Monitor competitors' social media strategies and report on trending formats or topics. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithms for Instagram and YouTube.
Skills Required:
1. Knowledge of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, trends, and content strategies.
2. Basic graphic design skills (using Canva or similar tools) for creating visually appealing content.
3. Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills in English.
5. Ability to work independently and creatively contribute ideas.
