Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accounts: Create, schedule, and publish posts that align with our branding and objectives
2. Engage with followers: Like, comment, and share posts from relevant connections, groups, and communities to maintain and grow engagement
3. Monitor social media activity: Track and respond to mentions, messages, and comments promptly
4. Share published content: Distribute our blog posts, articles, or other published content across relevant groups and platforms for maximum visibility
5. Targeted prospect outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients or partners on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
6. Initiate conversations: Engage in meaningful conversations to build relationships with prospects through comments, direct messages, or targeted posts
7. Research and identify opportunities: Analyze trends and opportunities within our network to enhance lead generation efforts
8. Track performance: Monitor and report on engagement metrics, reach, and lead conversion from social media activities
9. Adjust strategies: Recommend and implement adjustments based on performance analytics to optimize outreach and engagement
Requirements:
1. Relevant experience: Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing, particularly with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
2. Strong communication skills: Ability to write engaging, clear, and professional posts and messages. Comfortable interacting with prospects and audiences online
3. Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and engagement across platforms
4. Familiarity with social media tools: Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite and analytics platforms
5. Lead generation focus: Understanding of lead generation techniques, particularly through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
6. Proactive and self-driven: Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities for engagement, and consistently deliver results without constant supervision
7. Creative mindset: Able to come up with fresh content ideas and engagement strategies to increase visibility and engagement
8. Time management skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
