About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation: Design, curate, and post visually appealing and engaging content (photos, videos, reels) across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
2. Strategy development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
3. Community engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comment/messages, and build relationships with our audience.
4. Analytics & reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for better results.
5. Trend research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes, especially in the UK market.
6. Collaboration: Work with the team to align social media strategies with overall branding and marketing goals.
Note: This is a new start-up company if we will be impressed from your work you might have chance to be the Marketing head or the HR.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 150 per sale).
