You will be working as a market research & content creation intern (women's menstrual health).
Responsibilities:
1. Work on research & Insights:
i. Conduct daily research on menstrual health trends and studies.
ii. Summarize findings for content creation, focusing on clear and relatable insights.
2. Work on content creation with AI:
i. Use ChatGPT for prompt engineering to turn research into engaging LinkedIn posts and newsletter content.
ii. Refine prompts regularly for better clarity and impact.
3. Work on LinkedIn strategy:
i. Draft, schedule, and analyze LinkedIn posts to build a community around menstrual health.
ii. Engage with followers to foster connections and encourage interaction.
4. Work on email newsletter development:
i. Help launch and curate a newsletter focused on women's health.
ii. Use subscriber feedback and metrics to refine and optimize content.
5. Work on daily collaboration with the CEO:
i. Participate in a one-hour daily update and working session with the CEO to discuss progress, brainstorm ideas, and adjust priorities as needed.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per 100 new users acquired).
Goal:
1. Build a trusted community around menstrual health, positioning Hormone Insight as a thought leader and resource in the space.
