Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Convert data from Excel or Word files into social media-friendly content (e.g., Instagram posts, carousels, reels).
2. Ensure the content is visually engaging and aligns with brand messaging.
3. Create and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
4. Plan daily or weekly posts, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
5. Schedule posts using automation tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
6. Check and ensure posts are scheduled in advance for upcoming days/weeks.
7. Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, engagement rate) on a daily or weekly basis.
8. Use the data to optimize future content and make adjustments to the strategy as needed.
9. Respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster community and brand loyalty.
10. Monitor and engage with relevant social media conversations that can bring awareness to the brand.
11. Update and maintain the website regularly, ensuring content is fresh and consistent with social media.
12. Check for any broken links or outdated information and resolve them promptly.
13. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility.
14. Generate ideas to boost engagement and attract new leads through creative content and campaigns.
