Therefore, the proposed solution will be more relevant as the scale of production can be increased easily with technology. The proposed solution offers a hygienic and less labor-intensive continuous process of jaggery making. The mobile jaggery plant is the primary product offered to potential customers (SHG, FPO, and small-scale rural entrepreneurs) with an economic plan. Customers can customize the mobile unit based on their capacity requirements. We aim to provide holistic solutions to our customers and provide hand-holding during training. The use of the proposed technology is less laborious and easy to work on and this encourages women to take up employment in this industry.
