As a social media intern at RosterGrid, you will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic content across various social media channels. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, engaging with our community, and driving conversations around the platform. A key part of this role will involve personal branding, as we expect you to put your face on Camera (a personal content branding initiative) to represent RosterGrid authentically.
1. Content creation: Develop and create creative content (videos, graphics, blog posts, etc.) for RosterGrid's social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
2. Branding: Actively contribute to RosterGrid's personal branding strategy, putting your face and personality on camera to represent the company and engage with the community.
3. Community engagement: Interact with followers, respond to messages, and initiate conversations to increase engagement and visibility.
4. Campaign assistance: Help run social media campaigns, monitor performance, and make adjustments to optimize results.
5. Trend research: Stay updated on industry trends, viral content, and competitor activities to inspire creative content ideas and campaigns.
6. Analytics: Track social media performance and insights, reporting on key metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
