1. 1+ years experience in social media engagement roles
2. Proven track record of growing creative output
3. Strong understanding of social media analytics and trends
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Experience with social media management tools
6. Located in Delhi/NCR with the ability to visit the shelter twice weekly(negotiable)
7. Basic photo/video editing skills
8. Passion for animal welfare
