Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting chemical analysis and testing to ensure product quality
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
3. Developing and implementing new procedures to improve QA/QC processes
4. Serving as a subject matter expert on chemical properties and regulations
5. Assisting in the development of new products and formulations
6. Conducting research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
7. Providing technical support and training to team members

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
