Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 29th Jul'24 and 2nd Sep'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. The candidate should be well-qualified in the subject.
2. The candidate should be studying at premier colleges.
3. The candidate should be willing to join for a minimum tenure of 1 year.
4. The candidate should be passionate about the related doubt-solving process in online batches for foundation students.
1. Remuneration: The candidate can earn up to Rs. 8,000–12,000 per month.
2. Variables: Pay is based on the number of doubts solved and student satisfaction percentage.
3. Variable component: Based on quantifiable parameters indicating the candidate's activeness and value addition.
4. The variable pay is tied to specific metrics to measure the candidate's performance.
