As a supply chain & logistics operations Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to support the management and optimization of key business processes. This is a hands-on role designed to provide real-world experience and professional growth in the field of operations management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in overseeing and managing franchise operations to ensure adherence to company standards
2. Coordinate with franchise partners to address their requirements and ensure smooth workflows
3. Research and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and workflows
4. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative efficiency solutions
5. Oversee routine operational tasks, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
6. Maintain operational documentation and reporting for management review
7. Analyze operational challenges and identify root causes
8. Develop actionable plans to resolve issues effectively
