Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company
2. Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments
3. Managing candidate communication and providing updates throughout the recruitment process
4. Assisting in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
5. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers in MS Excel
6. Supporting in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to build the company's employer brand
7. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
