About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and screening potential job candidates
2. Assisting with the recruitment process, including interviewing, reference checking, and onboarding
3. Gathering and analyzing data related to recruitment and staffing
4. Creating and maintaining candidate databases
5. Developing job postings and building talent pipelines
6. Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners
