About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and manage a talent pipeline to meet the company's current and future recruitment needs
2. Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals
3. Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for open positions
4. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant departments
6. Maintain and update the talent pool database with candidate profiles, interview feedback, and current status
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and strategize recruitment effort
8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR Manager

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and data analysis

5. Familiarity with Notion or other project management tools is an advantage

6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing competing priorities

8. Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
