Teaching Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Lesson Planning & Preparation:
1. Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with The Skill Guru's curriculum and objectives
2. Prepare teaching materials, resources, and activities that cater to the diverse needs of students
3. Incorporate various teaching methods and tools, including digital resources, to enhance learning

II. Conducting Classes:
1. Deliver online classes effectively, ensuring clear communication and active student participation
2. Use The Skill Guru's platform to facilitate interactive learning experiences
3. Manage time effectively during lessons to cover all planned topics

III. Student Assessment & Feedback:
1. Assess students' progress through quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation methods
2. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and achieve their learning goals
3. Track and report students' performance and attendance to the relevant coordinators

IV. Student Engagement & Support:
1. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and motivated
2. Encourage students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and engage in collaborative activities
3. Offer additional support to students who may be struggling, including one-on-one sessions if necessary
