As a TEAM LEAD intern at Khudarpan Foundation, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in Effective Communication and Time Management while making a positive impact on our mission to empower underprivileged communities. With guidance from experienced mentors, you will lead a team of volunteers to implement projects that promote sustainable development and social welfare. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of programs and initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate team meetings and assign tasks to volunteers based on their strengths and interests
2. Communicate effectively with team manager and team on timely basis
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize time management and maximize productivity
4. Monitor progress towards team goals and provide regular updates to the management team
5. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to streamline processes and improve efficiency
6. Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during project implementation
7. Evaluate the success of projects and provide recommendations for future improvements
