Servon Solution is seeking a dynamic 'Team Lead'. He/she will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, managing a team, and monitoring their performance. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building an efficient team of interns to fulfill the requirements of the project.
2. Planning and prioritizing workloads to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Analyzing and reporting on team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
4. Training and onboarding new interns and ensuring that they are performing at their best.
5. Creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure that the process is operating efficiently.
