Team Leader Work From Home Part Time Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage a team of transcription and QA specialists to ensure productivity and quality targets (99% accuracy) are met
2. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency
3. Coordinate with management to apply updates, review performance, and resolve operational challenges
4. Handle escalations effectively and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations
5. Maintain open communication with team members to foster motivation and address concerns

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in transcription, QA, or team management roles
2. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 30+ members
3. Familiarity with transcription tools and QA processes
4. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines
6. Availability in day shift or night shift
