About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
2. Handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional manner.
3. Maintaining and updating a database of customer information using MS Excel and Google Workspace.
4. Assisting in scheduling appointments and arranging follow-up calls with clients.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals.
6. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
