Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our chess coaching services
2. Handling inbound calls from interested individuals and providing them with detailed information about our programs
3. Assisting in scheduling appointments and following up with leads to ensure high conversion rates
4. Maintaining accurate records of all communications and sales activities in our CRM system
5. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
6. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
7. Contributing to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 75 per sale).
