5. Act as a bridge between students and the technical support or academic teams, escalating concerns when necessary.
6. Collaborate with the program team to improve student experiences and identify areas for better support.
7. Organize and facilitate regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and motivational activities to keep students engaged and proactive.
8. Contribute to the overall success of the program by fostering a supportive and results-oriented learning environment.
