Telecalling Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products/services, generate leads/applications and follow up on inquiries
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
6. Provide detailed program information and assist customers in making informed decisions
7. Perform lead follow-ups and cold calling to explore new business opportunities
8. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and foster a positive work environment
9. Stay updated on program offerings from multiple institutes/universities, industry trends and market competition
