We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling intern with excellent English proficiency (spoken) to join our team at Ekatva Foundation. As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by engaging with our community and spreading awareness about our mission.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential donors, partners, and supporters to promote our initiatives.
2. Assist in organizing virtual events and webinars to connect with our audience.
3. Keep accurate records of all calls and interactions in our database.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns effectively.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop call scripts and strategies.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.
7. Work towards achieving set targets and goals to contribute to the overall success of the foundation.
