As a 'Telecaller intern', you will be responsible for driving sales in the company. Your job involves calling potential clients provided by the company and converting them into sales. As we are a digital marketing company you should have knowledge of digital marketing just some basic to talk to them about it.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
2. Engage potential clients in conversations to assess their needs and qualify leads
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
4. Assist in developing and refining sales scripts to improve effectiveness.
5. Assist in developing and refining sales scripts to improve effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion techniques.
7. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and suggest improvements.
8. Provide feedback on client responses and market trends to help shape our sales approach.

Qualification:

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
