Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and promote our products and services.
2. Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional manner.
3. Maintaining accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and secure appointments.
5. Assisting in organizing and scheduling telecalling campaigns and initiatives.
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance communication and selling skills.
7. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve overall telecalling strategies.
