About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interviews with CEOs, founders, and business owners of SMEs and startups.
2. Administer a structured survey with 8-10 questions designed to capture insights into HR challenges, practices, and perceptions.
3. Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of responses during interviews.
4. Manage and schedule interview appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to deadlines.
5. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with high-level executives.
6. Participate in periodic team meetings to share progress, challenges, and insights.
7. Collaborate with the research team to develop case studies and reports based on survey findings.
