Training and Development Work From Home Part Time Internship

As a Training and Development intern, you'll be a part of a dynamic team, contributing to exciting growth initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop training materials, including video tutorials and guides, for Lasso users.
2. Collaborate with the customer education team to address user training needs.
3. Create FAQs and written guides to assist users with common queries
4. Respond to user inquiries by directing them to appropriate resources or demos
5. Test the extension to ensure all features are well-documented and user-friendly
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create viral content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics
7. Research on emerging trends, platforms, and techniques in digital marketing to identify new opportunities
8. Support the team in content creation, social media management, and email marketing campaigns
