About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Transcribing Kashmiri audio into text using the Urdu script, with a minimum daily output of 1 hour of transcription.
2. Utilizing strong proficiency in the Kashmiri language to ensure accurate and contextually correct transcriptions.
3. Collaborating with the team to improve workflow efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
4. Demonstrating fluent typing and attentive listening skills to deliver precise and detailed transcriptions.
5. Adhering to specific transcription guidelines to uphold accuracy and quality requirements.

Important Note: The use of machine transcription tools such as Google Translate, Bing Translator, or DeepL is strictly prohibited. All transcription work must be completed manually by human transcribers.

Other requirements

1. Only native Kashmiri transcribers will be considered.

2. The candidate should have, preferably, 0.5 to 1 year of experience in transcription.

3. Candidates showing proficiency in written Kashmiri with excellent grammar and syntax knowledge will be preferred.
