We are seeking qualified individuals for the position of Transcriptionist for Marathi language data. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Marathi and possess excellent transcription skills. This role involves transcribing audio or text content accurately and efficiently.
1. Transcribe the spoken content into written text accurately and vice-versa, with proper formatting
2. Ensure the transcription meets quality standards and guidelines
3. Manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Marathi language, including grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3. Previous experience in transcription or related fields is preferred but not required
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
5. Good communication skills
6. Age should not exceed 60 years
Requirements:
1. Candidates should have Marathi as their mother tongue, or they should be proficient in both Marathi and another language mentioned above
2. Candidates must be natives of places where Marathi language is spoken, such as Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, etc.
3. Access to a reliable recording device suitable for transcription work, such as a computer with audio recording software or a digital voice recorder
4. Quiet and conducive recording environment to ensure high-quality transcription output

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per hour transcription).
