As a transcriptionist, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing data in Odia language(s). This position requires candidates to have proficiency in Odia and English languages, with preference given to those who have Odia as their mother tongue. Candidates should be native speakers from regions where Odia languages are spoken. This job involves using specific recording devices and working in a suitable recording environment to ensure high-quality transcription output.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibiltiies include:
1. Transcribing audio data in Odia language accurately and efficiently
2. Reviewing and editing transcriptions to ensure quality and accuracy
3. Meeting deadlines and targets set for transcription tasks
4. Maintaining confidentiality and data security standards while handling sensitive information
5. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve transcription processes
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Odia and English languages
2. Ability to transcribe audio data with high accuracy and attention to detail
3. Familiarity with transcription software and tools
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
6. Age should not exceed 60 years
Preferred qualifications:
1. Odia language proficiency or mother tongue
2. Experience in transcription or related field
3. Familiarity with regional accents and dialects in Odia language(s)

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per hour transcription).
